Alkaline Trio - Every Thug Needs A Lady Acoustic

the alkaline trio were the band that started it all for me .
many times i have tried to cover a song and many times i have failed until i stumbled
across a youtube video of the band playing a intimate record shop acoustic session .

the song every thug needs a lady starts at 23 : 55 .

this is the kind of acoustic i like to play so i got straight on with transcribing .
i’m pretty much certain i have this nailed and it sounds sick!

tuning in the video is a step down but if you’re just playing it live you can leave
it standard or like i do capo up on 2nd .

the chord names are just there for reference but these are the actual finger positions .
on the D chord i like to hang my thumb over the neck to mute the E string .
